Privacy Policy
Cypress Curb Appeal Services is a family business, and we treat your information the way we treat your property: carefully, and only for the job you asked us to do. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We operate in the United States only.
Who we are

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, call, text, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, property type, the services you're interested in, and anything you write in a message. If you hire us, we also keep normal business records such as estimates, invoices, and payment records.
Information collected automatically. Our website is a simple static site. We do not run advertising trackers. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services embedded in our pages (such as Google Fonts and review display widgets) automatically receive standard technical information when your browser loads them, such as your IP address, browser type, and device type.
Job photos. Our crews photograph work areas before, during, and after service (for example, through our job documentation software) to record conditions, verify quality, and protect both of us. See "Property photos" below for how these may be used.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information, or precise geolocation, and we ask that you not include it in messages to us.
How we use your information
- To respond to you and prepare your written quote (our one-business-day promise);
- To schedule, perform, and document the services you request;
- To invoice, collect payment, and keep required business, tax, insurance, and warranty records;
- To follow up about a quote or completed job, including asking whether you'd like to leave a review;
- To maintain, secure, and improve our website and services;
- To comply with law and protect our legal rights.
We market our own services only. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote, scheduling, and service — this is how we do business day to day. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to any of our messages to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We will not send you marketing text messages without your consent, and we do not share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business — for example, the form-delivery service that routes website quote requests to our email, email and phone providers, scheduling and job-photo documentation software, payment processing, and review platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Professional and legal needs — our accountant, insurer, or attorneys when required, and law enforcement or regulators when we are legally obligated or need to protect safety, property, or legal rights.
- A business transfer — if the company is ever sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction under this same policy.
Cookies and tracking
Our site does not set advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content (such as fonts served by Google and review widgets) may receive your IP address and set their own technical cookies, governed by those providers' privacy policies. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control do not change how our site treats you — there is nothing to opt out of.
Property photos
Before-and-after photos of our work may appear in our project gallery, social media, or marketing. We use photos in marketing only with the customer's permission, and we avoid showing house numbers, faces, license plates, or anything that identifies a person or exact address. If a photo of your property appears anywhere and you'd like it removed, tell us and we'll take it down.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and customer records as long as reasonably needed to serve you and to meet business, tax, insurance, warranty, and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them. If you never become a customer, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a business of our size to protect your information. No website or email system is 100% secure, so please don't send us payment card numbers or other sensitive data through the website form.
Children
Our website and services are for adults — property owners, boards, and managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws — including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act — may give you rights to know what personal information a business holds about you, and to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, without being discriminated against for asking. Many of these laws exempt small businesses like ours, but we honor these requests for everyone regardless: email sales@cypresscurbappealservices.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, or call or text (281) 801-4580. We'll verify it's really you (usually by matching the phone number or email on file) and respond within 45 days. If we ever deny a request, we'll tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to our response.
Links to other sites
Our site links to third-party sites such as Google review pages, Facebook, and Nextdoor. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Meaningful changes to how we handle information already collected will be communicated to affected customers directly.
